The Service provides tools for:

  • Comparing universities
  • Academic planning
  • Schedule organisation
  • GPA calculation

The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account
  • All activity that occurs under your account

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.

5. User Data

You retain ownership of the data you input into the Service. You grant us permission to store and process your data solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features may require payment. Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy. By purchasing a paid plan:

  • You agree to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase
  • You authorise the payment provider to charge your selected payment method

We do not store payment information. All sales are final.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy of results (e.g., GPA calculations or planning outcomes) or availability and uninterrupted access.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
